Vallarta Creators brings together a team of wedding content creators capturing destination celebrations in Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit.

Founded by José Carrillo, the brand draws on his background in wedding photography and behind-the-scenes storytelling. He guides the creative direction and the approach that connects our team’s work: thoughtful coverage, candid moments and content that feels personal.

Your wedding is captured by a dedicated creator from our team, with planning and editing coordinated through Vallarta Creators. From the first conversation to your finished videos, we work together to create a collection of moments you can relive and share.

A Few Details Before You Book

Which collection is right for us?

Start with the first and last moments you want captured. Share your timeline and priorities, and we’ll help you choose between 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 hours. Allow time for transitions, changes of location and reception events.

Who will capture our wedding?

Each collection includes one dedicated wedding content creator from the Vallarta Creators team. Your coverage is supported by our shared creative direction, with planning and editing coordinated through the brand.

What will we receive, and when?

Every collection includes original, unedited video clips, one wedding highlight and the additional edited videos listed in your collection. The highlight is separate from that count. Original clips and edited videos are delivered within 24–48 hours after your wedding.

What does the Premium guest-message feature include?

We capture personal wishes and candid reactions from selected guests, then bring them together in one guest-message keepsake. This video is included among your 15 additional edits. Your original clips also include the guest messages we capture.

Is drone footage included?

Yes, every collection includes drone coverage of your venue and surroundings, subject to weather, safe flight conditions and required permissions. Please share any venue restrictions with us before the wedding.

Can we add hours or another creator?

Yes, additional hours, edited videos or a second creator can be requested and quoted separately, subject to availability. A second creator can be helpful when important moments happen simultaneously in different locations.

Are there additional travel or venue fees?

Travel costs may apply depending on your location. Resorts and venues may also charge outside-vendor or access fees. Share your venue with us so we can review the arrangements, and confirm its requirements directly with your coordinator before booking.

How do we reserve our date?

Contact us with your wedding date, venue and preferred collection so we can confirm availability. A 30% retainer is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due before your wedding day.
